Jon is the visionary entrepreneur behind UFoundation and UWorld.ai, two groundbreaking platforms dedicated to sustainable project funding. He initially founded UFoundation, a charitable site designed to support various charities through transparent funding. Building on the success and values of UFoundation, Jon went on to establish UWorld.ai, which uses AI-powered tools and blockchain technology to democratize project funding on a global scale. Jon’s leadership has led UWorld.ai to be showcased at global events like the UNWTO Net Zero Summit and the African Global Economic & Development Summit, highlighting the platform’s role in sustainable finance.

Rupesh Raikundalia is a seasoned IT Consultant and Chief Technology Officer with over 20 years of experience. He is committed to pioneering technological innovations and enhancing operational excellence. Presently, he is the CTO at UWorld.ai, where he spearheaded the development of innovative digital platforms like the Re’Planet Digital Platform, designed to promote sustainable ecosystems using open-source technology. His expertise includes strategic IT planning, digital transformation, and leading large-scale IT projects. Notably, he has been instrumental in launching blockchain tokenization platforms at global organisations such as the United Nations and African Union, significantly advancing global sustainability efforts.

Claire Clarkson joins us as HR director. She brings with her 14 years of diverse people management, having spent a decade working for global retail giant Inditex and the latter years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the UK’s Adecco Group. Claire has a deep understanding of workforce dynamics and a keen eye for talent. She is passionate about driving our business success through strategic management and effective team building. In addition to her professional experience, Claire possesses several key qualities that make her an exceptional HR Director. She demonstrates strong leadership, inspiring and guiding our team to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Isac is the dedicated Executive Assistant to Jon, serving as the client liaison and playing a crucial role in software and business development goals at UFoundation and UWorld.ai. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Isac ensures seamless communication between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Lisa Spencer has extensive experience in banking and investment strategy. With a solid foundation in financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment, she has held key roles at Lloyds Bank Plc including heading up the Corporate Actions division in Lloyds Bank Registrars and MD of Strategy for Synarbor Plc part of the Capital Risk Partners Group. Lisa has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving growth through innovative strategies in both global and complex trades. She holds a BA in Economics, an MBA in Finance and is a Chartered Banker, she has her Investment Management Certificate Level 4.

As Director at Diamond Edge Capital since 2016, he specializes in bridging and development finance across the UK and Europe. He has previously held roles as a Risk Consultant at Flexible Funding and Precious Metals Trader at Montreux Capital Management. Wyatt's career spans over three decades in banking and finance, including key positions at major institutions like Deutsche Postbank and National Commercial Bank, London as a Money Market Trader managing over €10 billion of the banks balance sheets.
